3) Time – 11:30 – 3:00
4) Alcohol – No outside alcohol is allowed. The club purchased a number of bottles to get the space, please let us know if you are interested in purchasing some in advance so we can reserve them for you.
5) Chairs – Please remember to bring chairs for yourself/family. If you can bring a portable table .. please do.
6) Tents – The winery will provide us with 2 tents – we will likely put the food under these. If you have a tent that you would like to bring… please do so
7) Dishes – See attached the current list of attendees and dishes. If you are planning on attending, and don’t see your name on the list, please let us know. If you have not signed up for a dish yet, please let us know.
